IBPSA Premium Member Quick Start Guide

Congratulations on becoming an IBPSA Premium Member! Here’s what happens next:

Within 24-48 hours of becoming a Premium Member, you will receive an email from FetchFind Support with the subject heading: Your Name/Business Name for IBPSA Invite

Open the email and click Accept Invite.

You will be asked to create a password to sign in.

Once logged in from your desktop, you will be on the Management section of your account’s Dashboard.

Here, you can create Groups, if you want to divide your employee learners into Groups, but it’s not required. Groups will allow you, for example, to email information to just those learners in a certain group.

To add your learner employees, go to the Manage Learners tab.

To begin courses, click View Dashboard.

To access all courses you can click the IBPSA Premium Pet Care Education Course Continue button or click the blue Premier Member Education banner. Important! All courses are accessed this way, not just a single course.

Once you’ve entered through this course portal, you will see all of the courses (aka lessons) listed on your left.

Now, start learning!

I have not received information on how to get started, what do I do?

Has it been at least 48 hours since you signed up for Premium membership? If not, please hang on just a bit longer.

If it has been at least 48 hours:

  • Is it in your spam folder? If you do not receive an email from FetchFind after you have become an IBPSA Premium Member, be sure to check your spam folder.
  • Not in your spam folder? Then you may have previously unsubscribed from their mailing lists so you will need to contact them at hello@fetchfind.com but do please allow at least 48 hours before doing so.

My account is set up and I’m logged in but I’m having other issues or have other questions, what do I do? Contact hello@fetchfind.com with as many specific details about the issue/question. The more details you provide, the more quickly they’ll be able to help you.
