The winners of the IBPSA Pet Care Business Excellence Awards were announced on October 1, 2019, at the 2019 IBPSA Pet Care Services Educational Conference & Trade Show. The awards, nicknamed the Ibbys, were established by the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA) to honor those businesses raising the bar for professionalism and success in the pet care services industry.
