Now Open: 2018 Annual Pet Services Financial Survey

“I believe in innovation and that the way you get innovation is you fund research and you learn the basic facts.” – Bill Gates

The actual total amount of U.S. pet industry expenditures for 2017 was $69.51 Billion. The estimate for 2018, per American Pet Products Association, is $72.13 Billion. And, again, that’s just the U.S. You are part of a multi-billion dollar worldwide industry and you can be part of its innovation – not only for the industry as a whole, but for your pet care business specifically – by participating in important research.

Along with The Dog Gurus, IBPSA is once again working with professional research firm Researchscape to conduct our Annual Pet Services Financial Survey. And for the first time this year, everyone who completes the survey will receive a FREE copy of the FINAL REPORT. Not just the summary, the entire report (last year it was around 100 pages) which will be made available for sale to others for $75.

We know it’s busy season and your time is at a premium, but if you can set aside about 30 minutes, it’s something you can accomplish with a cup of coffee in the morning or over lunch. You just need your key financial statements and the knowledge you always have in your head about your occupancy, pricing, and general operations.

This year, we’ve also made it easier with videos to help walk you through the survey along the way.

From New York City to New South Wales, São Paulo to St. Louis, pet care professionals across the globe play a part in this multi-billion dollar industry. If you own a pet care business, we encourage you to participate. Your input is needed to keep this industry – and your business – innovating and successful. If you are an industry vendor, please share this with your pet care business clients.

NEED MORE INFORMATION? We will be presenting a webinar on why the survey matters and what you need to participate on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. CLICK HERE to register for the webinar.
